I could go on and on about why this hotel was the perfect choice before our family traveling to Hong Kong. First, upon arrival and facing major Jetlag with two young children, having restaurants on site was perfect. The room, while not incredibly spacious, had everything we needed and we opted for the family room that had a separate room with bunkbeds. It would have been nice to have a tiny common area with a couch or something. There was a couch in the room with the bunkbeds, so that was nice for the kids. Our housekeeper was so attentive and able to give us anything we needed, and the daily replenished bottled drinking water was very much appreciated, especially mixing formula bottles for our baby and needing to have clean water for that. It was so nice to not have to go out to grocery stores to purchase water. of course, the hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation options, and our toddler absolutely love the double-decker buses that we were able to hop on just a few steps from the hotel. TLDR: amazing for a family, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very great hotel with food hall, pub, pool and other interesting facilities. Just to point out - the breakfast was really nice, plenty of choices and top flavour. Only one feedback is that the AC in our room was noisy even with the weakest wind level, but you cannot shut it down or it would be humid inside.

Stayed here a few times. Good location, only 10-15 minutes walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping malls... Plenty of good food options directly downstairs and within a few minutes walk. Nice bar terrace within hotel. But some rooms are a bit tired and no double glazing, can be noisy if facing the dual carriageway.

We used to take this one when we visit hk, the rooms are very nice and clean. But i must say the service quality declined a lot, the hk-staff are rude and extremely unfriendly in particular. I won't mind because i have to stay for a short business trip or layover, but not recommended if you want to enjoy hk for few more days. I don't like the "go away if you don't tip" attitude at the reception.
