- Guests may choose daily between a two-course set-menu lunch or dinner at Beiji Rainforest Restaurant. Lunch is available between 11am and 5pm. Dinner is served from 6pm until 10pm.
- One hour of free-flow drinks is available daily at Beiji Rainforest Restaurant. May be redeemed at any time during operating hours. Includes a select menu of cocktails.
- Guests are entitled to a 20% discount on the hotel spa menu once during their stay. Wellness treatments must be pre-booked at least 1 day in advance. Guests are entitled to a discount from the published rate. This offer is not combinable with any other promotion. Treatments will take place in the gazebo of the Private Pool Villa.
- Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A one-way OR return (depending on package selected) transfer/s from Denpasar Airport (DPS), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three pieces of luggage or suitcases (sedan) or six pieces of luggage or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way, or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
