Very clean, comfortable hotel in a good central location close to the Metro and good dining. Special shout-out to Menahz in the Lobby Lounge who provided friendly, efficient service and a great cup of tea.

I would like to commend Shakir, Twinkle at the reception as well as John and Jakariya at main dining for their exceptional hospitality. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly remarkable. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, leaving a lasting positive impression.

The hotel itself was nice with a great location, very clean, and a spacious lobby. However, we were very disappointed with the valet service. When we called for our car, we provided the ticket number both by phone and to the staff member who came to assist. Despite waiting over 35 minutes, the car never arrived. When we checked, they said no one had informed them we were waiting and that they didn’t have the ticket number. This poor communication caused a frustrating delay. Even when the car finally came, no one helped us with the luggage. Because of this service issue, I can only give the hotel three stars.

Was looking forward to a luxury vacation experience based on the brand's reputation, but I left a bit disappointed. The arrival experience was great with the valet/bellman assistance, friendly desk associated, and grand atrium lobby tastefully decorated. Room size and furnishing were comfortable. Onsite restaurants were good and tasty for dinner. However overall breakfast experience was not good, as insufficient seating availability, no service and grumpy staff attitude, and dirty dishes always in sight. Food offerings were sufficient and nice, but felt very basic and common, compared to what options other 5-star hotels in the area are delivering. Not the most memorable hotel stay during this vacation, as there are many high end hotels to choose from.
