Just returned from another wonderful stay at this great hotel, my go-to when traveling to NYC! The staff here is top notch and they really do a super job taking care of the guests. The bellman/porter, Carlos, is so incredibly helpful all the time. He always takes the time to help with directions, public transportation info, restaurant recommendations, booking transportation to airport, etc. He truly does it all, with a smile on his face! Housekeeping is great, my room is always clean. Bartenders in the lobby bar, Tranzit, are always friendly and attentive. Danny makes a great Crowned Jewel Mule! On this most recent trip I even had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager while waiting in the lobby for my friends. His name is Charles, and he’s just a really friendly guy, energetic, professional, and full of personality! It was great talking to him and you can tell he is really focused about making this hotel the best it can be…he wants to hear all of the likes/dislikes. This hotel is in a great location, right near Times Square and close to all the Broadway shows. It’s a safe place to stay and I find it to be very reasonably priced as well, no nightly resort fee like most of the NYC hotels. Highly recommend this hotel A+!

My stay here was excellent! The room upgrade to the top floor with an amazing city view was the icing on the cake. The hotel lobby was the busiest I’ve EVER seen in all my travels. The staff deftly and quickly took care of everyone and our needs. Mia F. is amazing!!!🤩 Her customer service was beyond wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Port Authority so no taxi ride is needed if you take the bus or the train. I highly recommend this hotel!😍

Location is super convenient. Wouldn't say it is a 4* hotel but did what it needed to do for me throughout my stay. Is next to a weed dispensary so you can smell it at points however the room was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and generally the communal areas were the same. Is a little pricey for what it is but decent enough. The free cookie on arrival was a nice touch and the bellmen were super kind and helpful throughout. Downside is the wait for the lift and the musty smell from the Aircon unit, however nothing an air freshener couldn't fix. Would stay again.

This was a terrible experience I had here recently. We got into our room after walking the hot streets all day and our room was wet and HOT. The air wouldn’t turn on and after calling every 15 minutes about it they finally sent someone up. The air would turn on for 5 minutes then turn back off. We kept calling because it was 4 of us in a small room with NO air in JULY. We were persistent so they sent us 2 box fans. It was still very hot in the room and humid. We kept calling and they apparently have no rooms to switch us to even though there’s 25 floors. We are persistent and they tell us we will get a new room tomorrow. GREAT NEWS! Except we got a new room with air but our friend who was checking into the SAME hotel to meet us checked in the same day we got the new room. They gave our old room to her without fixing the air at all. So she also had to go through the process of calling and calling. They didn’t even give her the box fans. She did get a new room the next day but why would you even put someone in a room with no AC? In the middle of JULY? 2 TIMES IN A ROW? And I’m sure when they switched our friends room they put someone else right back in. Besides that, rooms are small don’t come with fridge. Bedding was stained. When you call room service for towels they will show up at 3 am to give them to you or not at all. Elevators are always packed and full. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this ever. Will not book here again.
