Disneyland Hotel

Best visit to Disneyland I've ever had. Hotel cast were all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was very good, although a bit pricey. Room was in great condition and so nice to be able to walk to the parks. Pools hot tubs and slides were super..fun, large, and well maintained. The entire place sparkled..so clean! Very relaxing!

The Disney Hotel was absolutely stunning! The staff were very welcoming and informative. The room was perfectly clean and stocked. My favorite part was the landscaping and beautiful scenery of trees and the pools. I will definitely return but this time with my family. I was on a business trip and didn’t get into the water but most definitely plan to do so on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Disneyland hotel. Very convenient to get back and forth to the parks. We loved that the monorail was super close so we could hop on and off to take mid-day breaks from the park. The pool was my kids favorite and the yard games that they had outside of our building were a big hit too. The rooms were very clean and nice and accommodated our family of four. The staff was very delightful and our check in and out was very fast and easy.

This review is as honest as I can be. For 47 years I had always wanted to stay at this hotel. And after staying at multiple locations off property I can now say I don't see the hype. The staff for the most part were friendly, the location is not that impressive especially for being on property. The pool was over crowded so didn't even have a chance to get in.The rooms are not that great either stayed at way better off property. The Bed and pillows were probably the best part of this hotel. The early entry was a pathetic perk to say the least. I can in good faith tell people that this hotel is just mediocre and over priced and not worth the extra money. Also a perk that every store we went to in the park that supposedly will send your packages to your room is also false, they all said the same thing "we stopped doing that after covid" so that is also very misleading. All and all I don't recommend this place for the cost. Sorry Disney maybe my expectations were higher as they should be for a place i grew up at and have loved.
