Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

- Resort Credit: The included resort credit is only available for stays of 5+ nights stays and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- 10% discount on food and drinks: The 10% discount is applied to each food and drink bill.
- Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB 5,500 per guest applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
