Dal Zotto Homestead and Studios is located in the wine region of King Valley, in northeastern Victoria, known for its cool climate, Italian-style wines and prosecco. Explore the region’s sweeping landscapes and rivers by visiting The Powers Lookout, William Hovell Dam and Paradise Falls – all within a 30-minute drive from your stay. The Homestead and Studios are approximately a 90-minute drive from Albury Airport (ABX) and a three-hour drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • The welcome bottle of wine is the wine maker’s choice of either a bottle of red, white or sparkling wine. Subject to change
  • The breakfast hamper is per stay and subject to seasonality. Perishable items will be left in the studio’s mini fridge. Guests can request items to be replenished at any time and will be quoted the cost at the time of request.
  • The complimentary wine tasting can be booked on arrival and is available Monday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm at the Cellar Door.
Cancellation policy

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
