Rooms and hotel are a bit dated. I think relatively good value for Zurich. Very impressed with the effort of the reception staff. Raquel who checked us in was very informative and welcoming. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Zürich! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to enjoy the city. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Tatjana went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. She was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful.

The location of this property is very good despite the fact that it was about 3 kms from Zurich main train station. There was the convenience of trams right outside the hotel to any part of Zurich. The room was spacious by European standards, clean and well appointed. Breakfast spread was excellent and offered a wide variety. Lots of eateries and supermarkets around the hotel within walking distance or at the most a short tram ride. The front office staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to tourists for easy access to the city and at the same time away from the busy and noisy area around the station.

I liked the breakfast and the location. It’s not exactly in the city center, but it’s also not too far you can walk to Zurich Main Station. If you have luggage, it’s easier to take the tram. However, I really didn’t like the bathroom. It was extremely small. Even for me I’m an Asian, thin, and not very tall and fat it was uncomfortable. Whenever I took a shower, the water came out all over the floor, and I had to wipe it up myself. There was barely enough space to move while bathing. Why design a bathroom so tiny? Another issue was at the reception. They insisted on taking my credit card for a deposit guarantee. I offered to pay a cash deposit in euros, dollars, or chef , but they refused and said it must be on credit card. They held an amount on my card, and my bank even sent me a message showing a charge. This felt unnecessary and wrong they could have simply verified my card as the same one used for booking, without holding the full amount. If I paid whole amount then they don't have rights to take my credit cards details at all . Staffs need to improvement thire behaviour polite way because after long flight people don't like sad fave robotic face without smile without well come without polite words . Why will people visit your hotel for what ? Is not about asia or Europe is all about welcoming and talk nice and polite way not machine way . During raning time they don't provided umbrella as well . Not budget hotel at all . Expensive.
