Crowne Plaza is Super. The Rooms were very beautiful and luxurious but just a little bit small. The staff of the hotel were very nice they also give a plushie to the kids so that was kind. And we had a beautiful view from the Hotel down to the street and the other skyscrapers. The Breakfast was also really cool you have so many options to eat and drink. A little extra for the adult was an roof balcony to have the best view of Warsaw. There is just one downside, the Car park is really small and complicated because you have to find the car park for the hotel so i wouldn’t recommend going there with a car. But all in all it was totally worth it i would recommend it.

Excellent hotel in a modern part of Warsaw, perfect for both business trips and short city breaks. The room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. I appreciated the quiet air conditioning and the overall peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent – wide selection, high-quality ingredients, and a pleasant setting. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is a big plus – right next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. I’d be happy to return. ❤️

Good hotel and nice rooms. Enjoyed my stay with them. Good amenities in the room and bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion included. You need to ask for other amenities like shower cap, etc. Still and sparkling water bottles are provided and more can be requested. Breakfast has great choice. The hotel is located near a metro (around the corner on the left). The metro station has shops like a supermarket, chemist (Rossman), McDonald's, Salad bars, other quick restaurants.

Excellent Hotel but Customer Service Focused on Proving a Point Crowne Plaza Warsaw is undoubtedly a very good hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable, exactly what you would expect from Crowne Plaza. The service is efficient, and I had the pleasure of being recognised as a Platinum member with an upgrade that made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a strong variety of dining options, with three different places to eat, including a stylish top floor bar. On paper this makes it a very appealing choice for both business and leisure travellers, and for the most part I would recommend it. However, my experience at the roof bar was disappointing. While the property clearly prides itself on doing things by the book and doing the right thing, I had the impression that proving this point mattered more than genuinely caring about the guest experience. It was not so much a failure of service as it was a lack of flexibility and customer focus, which left a negative impression in an otherwise excellent stay. For that reason, what could easily have been a five star review is instead a four star one. A very good hotel overall, but I hope that in the future the emphasis shifts from proving the rules are followed towards making every guest feel truly valued.
