​My recent stay at your hotel was fantastic, and I wanted to extend my sincere thanks. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The team, especially Ms. Huong, Ms. Tam, Ms. Yen, and Ms. Huyen, always greeted us with a warm smile and were attentive to our needs. Their wonderful service truly made our trip special. ​We were also grateful for the room upgrade to a beautiful suite as soon as we checked in, it was a lovely surprise. The VIP lounge is spectacular, offering a breathtaking view of the city, and the hotel's location is perfect, with many stores within easy walking distance. ​The only issue we encountered was with the breakfast. We noticed that there were bugs on the cheese and in the juice. We wanted to bring this to your attention so you can maintain the high standards that are evident in every other aspect of your hotel. ​Despite this small problem, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you again to your amazing staff for their hospitality!

We are full time travelers for the past 2 years and have been to over 40 hotels, we found this Crowne Plaze to be excellent as a 4.5 Star hotel. The facilities are excellent. Well designed, with enough Vietnamese character, more then most global brands which are typically bland. The staff were kind, friendly and professional. They saw to all our needs, plus-plus. We got an upgraded one-bedroom/two bathroom suite and it was perfect, so comfortable. They provided all the water and other refills we needed without question. A big fruit bowl, bouquet of roses, rose pedals scattered on the bed. The fitness center was one of the best we have seen, a huge room, with equipment spaced out. The pool was a little small but nice. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, I have seen many better, but decent. Very pleasant restaurant, beautiful café. The executive lounge was very good but since they only had about 6 rooms with access, they limited the choices in the evening and didn’t really server breakfast, although you could order a-la carte. The main problem for us (as tourists/travelers) was that Vinh Yen has almost nothing to do or see. Restaurants weren’t great in town, most were closed during the day, many were big drinking places. I did find a great lake for jogging. So we ended up checking out early and heading to Hanoi, only because we were the wrong guests for this hotel. The hotel is there for businesspeople there working or visiting the factories in town which were numerous – or – there on a Korean golf tour for 1-2 nights. If you are not there for business or gold but need a place to hang you hat for a while and take a breath, this hotel is a great place to do that, especially if you are trying to build IHG points at a value price.

Wonderful hotel, terrific staff! We stayed here for 23 nights in May and we can’t wait to return! The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located. Attention to detail and pricing is unbeatable. The hotel’s best attribute, however, is its people! We were blown away by how friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring the staff is. Rooms manager Vietnam Nguyen, Executive lounge staff lead by Ho My and Nguyen, Tong, Tom and Tran were outstanding brand ambassadors, and everyone we met and interacted with was amazing. There’s no better hotel in Vinh Yen!

The hotel is very large, an international system. However, the staff is not friendly at all and very ignorant. The receptionist is very poor at handling situations with customers. The hotel management should review the receptionist's attitude towards customers. After this time, we will inform our friends about this terrible and troublesome experience at the hotel. This is a terrible experience at the hotel.
