Great hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Queenstown. The rooms offer great value for the price. I will definitely consider rebooking here on my next visit to Queenstown. Special thanks to Flo for her outstanding service.

The service and staff were so friendly throughout the whole stay. very helpful and professional. The rooms have the most amazing view of the lake. The Breakfast and food was really good. It is located in town so its very convenient to get anywhere you can just walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rooms were a little old but very clean. Would highly recommend

This is truly a great hotel, but security was a major concern, it cost us money and time, and I wouldn’t trust them with your ski gear. Out room was lovely, well-heated, very comfortable bed, single bath included, lots of room, serviced daily, came with mineral water and a complementary bottle of wine, delightful to come home to after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to walk to everything in the town. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and I encourage it to be included in your booking. They have a pot of hot chocolate at the reception (free for guests), it was delicious and also something we looked forward to after skiing. We also attended a conference there and the facilities / staff / tea, coffee and alcohol / services was also wonderful. There was a gym with a spin bike, reasonably well-equipped. Coin laundry inside. No spa or pool. The issue: they had a locked room for ski gear next to the reception. It appeared only staff could scan in. When we brought in our boots and skis every day, they would hang them in a specific numbered bay and give us a ticket for those numbers, to ensure when we came back we took the correct gear. One morning we came to find our ski gear gone from the bay we’d left them in. Cameras showed a random guest had entered and taken our gear. It was such a disappointing waste of our day on the slopes, our $160 ski passes, $35 mountain bus, and $40 gear hire, etc, not to mention it’s a $500/night hotel. It was a fair amount of messing around in the mornings and evenings to check in our gear in and get the ticket, then check the ticket to check it out, I was shocked someone just walk in and took it. It felt very violating and frustrating.. They were apologetic and offered us a bottle of wine but it cost us so much more than that and I was disappointed with their response.

Exceptional location & buffet breakfast. What ruined our 7 night stay - we could hear everything in the room next door, through an interconnected door. Have never experienced anything like that before, especially not at $500/night. Make sure you specify on your booking to avoid this. Otherwise room was comfortable, yes dated, but the views were amazing!
