Had been here 3 times, clean and beautiful rooms, and ocean view. Nice pool and beach. The staff was friendly and helpful ( should be more attentive though, as they forgot to serve us welcome drink). The food is good, but I think they should make the desert less sweet (I tried the desert in both restaurants (Horizon and Amber Sand), for breakfast and dinner, they are all too sweet for my taste). Still highly recommend.

We stayed at Crown plaza for couple days for family vacation. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Hapu, the concierge, was very resourceful and well-English spoken so we can communicate without issues. She helped me to connect a local laundry service so we can do our laundry at an affordable price with great service. She also helped us locate our daughter’s lost book in no time. We had great experiences with her! Another staff who was super friendly was Rosie. She served us on our last day but left a great impression of her. She came to us and introduced herself to us and chat with us. She also recommended a coffee for us to try. We wish she has came to us earlier during our stay so we could learn more about Vietnam. Overall the hotel is clean and modern. Beach is really nice

I had a wonderful family vacation at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc. All the staff there were absolutely lovely. The pool attendant helped me find a sunbed while swimming. The reception staff were so kind and assisted us a lot during check-in. The Horizon restaurant team were delightful-they inquired about my family and always served us with a smile. The housekeeping staff kept our room sparkling clean. The Kid Club staff guided my child through fun activities. Mr. Hữu, our driver, drove safely and helped me purchase special Phu Quoc delicacies. We felt treated like family at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc. Thank you so much, and we will definitely choose Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc again for our family getaways.I stay at room 501 from 21/7/2025 to 23/7/2025

We had a great overall experience! The hotel felt private, detached even, but in the best way. It offered a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that we truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the stunning private beach — peaceful, clean, and absolutely beautiful. We really loved spending time there. One thing I would suggest improving is the luggage storage area. It would be better if it were placed more discreetly, as it can make the overall space look cluttered during peak hours. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel also provided several transportation options to nearby attractions, which made exploring the area much easier. The breakfast was decent, though the restaurant felt a bit overcrowded due to how closely the tables were arranged. A little more spacing would definitely enhance the dining experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. However, there was a slightly unpleasant smell on the 5th floor where we stayed, and it would be nice if the room had a more pleasant fragrance, like in the lobby. Hopefully, that’s something that can be improved by the next time we visit. :)
