Haven't seen rooms, only came for events. Ample parking and easy to find.

Ben at the front desk is fantastic! He patiently helped me extend our stay even with a much higher occupancy this evening. He spent more than the average time with me and kept his humor while I was juggling the options. He found us the perfect room and kept it all in budget. Thank you for having such great team members!

Overall good! One nit: didn’t have toothbrushes and floss ready when I arrived Also the rooms at the back are definitely more of a “motel” feel and could feel a little unsafe since anyone can just walk up to the second floor. Pool is nice and it’s deep (3.5m). Paige at the front desk is super nice!

This hotel was NOT GOOD! When I arrived at around 3 pm in the afternoon, they checked me into a room with broken AC. It was over 90 degrees outside. The room was also eye level to the roof and had construction going on. I had several zoom meetings that I had to take in the heat and noise, and a client dinner, and was not able to request a room change until I got back at 9 PM. When I called requesting a room change around 9 pm, they told me to bring my luggage to the lobby to pick up the keys. The floor they put me on had several flights of stairs and no ramps, so I asked them to bring the new room key to me instead. I moved to the new room, got settled and immediately went to bed, so I did not discover until the morning that they had checked me into a filthy room. One of the beds had large black streaks on the comforter. Several of the towels were filthy and stained. Additionally, the toilet ran and the bathtub was clogged. There was also another person's hair in both the sink and the bathtub. I spoke to the supervisor at the front desk named Pelu, flagging the condition of the room. She told me she would speak to the manager. They called me two hours later to tell me they wanted to offer me a free breakfast as compensation for the issues. When I told her I didn't eat breakfast, she said they would comp $40 for parking. I pointed out that wasn't enough and it was also appalling that they charged customers to park, given it is self parking and their parking lot was giant and wide open. Her response was, "I'm sorry. That's all we can do." Later, I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, while they had other customers at the counter. I outlined to the manager all of the issues I had experienced between the two rooms. She indicated they would do something to compensate me and asked me to come back later. I told her I could not come back, as I had a client meeting. She said she would apply something to the bill. Later, I checked out and the only thing they did to compensate me for two horrid rooms was comp $40 in parking and apply 25% off the room rate. Between their terrible rooms and their horrible mismanagement of the situation, they have lost a customer.
