Had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Milan. From the start, the hospitality was outstanding—one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The room was clean and comfortable, the food and breakfast were excellent, and the location was perfect. A big thank you to your staff, both front of house and in the restaurant, for their kindness and professionalism. Everything was so good. Keep it up—would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and air conditioned, the breakfast was great, the pool was amazing, and the entire staff was very kind. I was traveling with my five year old and they were able to give us a room with two beds. Our room faced the street but it was not loud. The location is great, very close to the train station and steps away from the metro. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel overall, but I think the rooms are aging. Needs a little bit of revamps, the washrooms have wear and tear. The best part of this hotel is the location, it is walking distance to the central railway station. The subway is right at the entrance. So connectivity is perfect. As a tourist, these 2 are the main reasons why I booked this hotel. Service was great, as an IHG rewards member, I checkin, checkout everything smooth and seamless. We did try room service, it was great and on time!

We booked a non-smoking queen-size bedroom, but instead we were given a room that smelled heavily of smoke and had two small beds. Completely unacceptable! This is really the lowest standard and an absolute no-go for the price we paid. The location, however, is perfect. There is a metro station right next to the hotel that takes you to Milan Cathedral in just 5 minutes – you can’t beat that. Parking is a bit expensive at €33 per day in my opinion, but there is public parking right in front of the hotel for €19 per day and even free on Sundays. The pool is great and very relaxing, plus there is also a sauna and a gym on the 9th floor. Edit: Dear Laura, Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify one important point: our booking confirmation clearly states Standard Queen Room Non-Smoking with 1 queen bed. This was not a "run of house" reservation as you mentioned in your response, but a confirmed room type. Furthermore, while I appreciate that your hotel has a non-smoking policy, this unfortunately does not help when guests before us have smoked in the room. In our case the smell of smoke was very obvious. If such a situation occurs, it should be addressed with professional cleaning before assigning the room to new guests. I am not paying for a non-smoking room only to be placed in a room that clearly smells of smoke.
