Zofshan was great. Myself and a friend came for spa day and both had 2 treatments each by Zofshan. Would definitely recommend the neck shoulder and back massage 💆‍♀️ thank you. Wasn't overly impressed with service at afternoon tea in the restaurant unfortunately.

My mum booked herself, my sister and I for a spa day and couldn't have had a worse experience. We started the day with breakfast in the bar (Eggs Benedicts for all 3 of us), which we were told would be 25 minutes . It came after 45 minutes, 2 of them freezing cold, with overcooked eggs and the cold sauce had a skin all over it. One I didn't even get as far as to check the temperature as there was dried food (clearly not from this meal) all on the side of the plate and going into the food on the plate. After explaining to the the staff they said they would remake them, which took around 15 minutes and they came again cold (clearly the sauce isn't made fresh and is kept in the fridge so makes everything else on the plate cold and unpleasant. 2 of the new breakfasts came with untrusted bread so it was literally a soggy piece of bread with an overcooked, hard egg with a cold sauce put on top of it. One of these portions was sent straight back again and one was attempted to be eaten as she was so hungry and at this point it was almost 11am. Once we finally made it to the spa (2 hours later) we were given 2 robes which had huge holes in and one missing the tie to fasten it. The women's changing area is dirty, with hair and dust and cobwebs all over the floor and under the lockers and around the door. The fan by the exit door is caked in so much dirt and dust the thought of it blowing that air onto us made us feel ill. The jacuzzi is tepid at best (think a cold bath), the jets around the backs of the seats do not work at all and the ones on the seats and floor only blow cold air through for a few minutes before turning off for around 15 minutes. In the steam room there was broken plastic trim on the edge of a seat which pinched my mum's leg. The floor was also filthy - lots of hair and dust and dirt and even a few leaves. After asking a staff member if she could get it cleaned at some point she came in with a towel and kicked it around the floor. There is a large puddle of cold dirty water as you walk into the sauna which was very unpleasant. There are also only 7 loungers and some cheap uncomfortable pladtic garden chairs so we had to share a lounger until some people left. We spoke to the shift manager after the breakfast problems and he said he would sort out refunds later (for 2 of the meals as the 3rd one was fine the 2nd time). He didnt come and see us in the spa as promised OR when we went to eat lunch later in the day and in fact when we enquired to what was happening we were told he saw us and didn't want to disturb us and decided to go home with no follow up or information. We were then told that only the one breakfast would be refunded and as some of the 2nd one was eaten it wouldn't be refunded. Also, for lunch we received a set menu which didnt list fish as an allergen or ingredient in the dish. However after tucking in to a Caeser Salad we found anchovies in it. When speaking to a member of staff they said it was standard and we 'should have known' there were anchovies in it as that is listed on the regular menu - which we did not get as they only gave us the spa set menu. All in all we had an awful time, left early and didnt get the relaxing time we were expecting. For the price we paid we are all so disappointed and would never visit again. The attitude of the managers was very lacking and no accountability was taken for any issue. I strongly suggest anyone thinking of booking into the spa here, visiting Windsor leisure centre instead -who's pool is warmer, jacuzzi bigger, far warmer and working and is infinitely cleaner!
