One of the better hotels that I have stayed so far. With exemplary accommodations done by the staff, my stay was relaxing and memorable. I would personally like to recognize and thank Calix, one of the staff members for being swift and accommodating all my needs. Rest assured, I will be returning to this hotel.

With its stunning panoramic views, exceptional service, and delicious food offerings, it’s the perfect retreat for both business and leisure travelers. My stay at Holiday Inn was nothing short of exceptional. Beyond the spacious and clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows, well-maintained bathroom, and the wide array of delicious breakfast selections, what truly made the experience outstanding was the quality of service delivered by the staff. Every employee I encountered consistently wore a genuine smile and, more impressively, took the initiative to greet guests warmly. This culture of proactive hospitality is rare and immediately sets a positive tone for the stay. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed with the efficiency of the service: no request was left unattended, and in fact, the staff themselves followed up to ensure that my needs were already addressed, eliminating the need for me to make any reminders. Their courteousness, attentiveness, and cheerful demeanor demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. It is clear to me that the hotel’s greatest asset is its people. Two thumbs up to Holiday Inn for fostering such a remarkable service culture. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay.

We were very happy with our treatment here from the time we arrived. We are Diamond Elite members so we checked in at the Lounge on the 19 floor. We were met by the friendly staff with drinks & snacks. But, made this experience over the top is when 3 of the staff members came to our table singing 🎶 we welcome you and handed us an original chocolate 🍫 bar made here in the Philippines. We really appreciate them going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. When our suite was ready it did not disappoint it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge deep garden tub with bath salts available for me to unwind. We definitely recommend staying here you will enjoy every minute of it. We Really Thank the staff at the lounge Fhae, John & Rei for making our experience in the lounge extraordinary.
