Great location if you're in the area for the excel convention center. The room size was decent, had a windows that opened and a mini fridge. The breakfast, included with my IHG status, was very decent and included both a buffet and a made to order menu. The staff were friendly and the hotel even had a pool with a hot tub (which I unfortunately didn't get to use). It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the convention center, the Elizabeth line custom house train station and the ROYAL Victoria DLR train station.

We have been using the hotel for baby swimming lessons and it’s been great. The location is convenient, there is parking available and great food in the hotel and around. The pool and main reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pool is large enough and the facilities are clean. We once tried the breakfast and enjoyed it - plenty of food variety. Baby swimming lessons are awesome too. IRINA from the leisure reception in particular has been so helpful with us, doing her best to accommodate when we needed assistance. Super experience overall. Thank you, Irina! 🙏🏻

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my stay at the hotel, suma and joules genuinely was the best of the best, they would do anything to make our stay fantastic, what lovely people, they deserve all the credit in the world. They was training sanjida, I guarantee with their input, she will become just as good as they are. She's gonna be great aswell with the correct training. I can't stress enough how amazing they was on my overnight stay, fantastic people, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family on the basis of their customer service. Credit where credit is due... Make sure suma takes her kids to the raf museum please, they will love it, this is how great the customer service was. Absolutely amazing people

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Crowne Plaza London Docklands. I booked a junior suite with a promised river view, yet was placed on the 2nd floor with hardly any view at all – it just looked like a standard room. The breakfast was terrible: poor food quality, awful coffee, and nothing was done despite raising complaints. To make matters worse, the massage I had was extremely painful – I asked the therapist several times to reduce pressure, but she ignored me. I left the spa in pain and even more stressed than before. When I complained, management’s “solution” was to offer another massage – the very service I was complaining about! Completely unprofessional. Even basic amenities like body wash and lotion weren’t refilled – I had to use shampoo as body wash. Promises (such as Prosecco compensation) were ignored, and managers brushed off complaints with offers that were completely useless to me. This was supposed to be a relaxing stay but turned out to be the opposite. My London trip was ruined. I expected far better standards from a Crowne Plaza hotel. Would not recommend.
