We had a really enjoyable stay here. Very warm welcome at check-in from Patrice at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean and modern with excellent shower. Received 25% off in restaurant for showing our Leeds United match tickets. I've seen slightly bigger breakfast buffet spreads, but not many higher quality ones. Very much recommended.

The hotel was very nice, with beautiful decor and an amazing scent as you entered the lobby! The rooms were very good—we stayed in a Standard Queen Room on the 4th floor. Comfortable room with a view of Wellington Road. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but manageable. The jacuzzi was great, but I found the pool to be small. Sauna and steam room were also available. The food at the restaurant was tasty, but the service at both the bar and restaurant wasn’t the best. We asked for food to take to our room, and it arrived uncovered, with just one napkin for two people, and no salt or pepper. When we ordered room service another time, the waiter was very polite, and the food came with covers to keep it warm, but there was only a knife and fork, and no spoon for the dessert, which included ice cream. So the ice cream melted, and we couldn’t eat it properly, since a fork isn’t ideal for that. Again, no salt or pepper on the tray. The only negatives I found were with the service. The reception staff were very helpful and polite, unlike the restaurant team. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the city centre and just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice public areas. Bar has a great selection of local and craft beers. Breakfast is very good. Staff were particularly helpful last time I visited. Parking is good with lots of space. A short walk into the centre.

Very disappointed with choice of hotel. Location good but that's all I can recommend. No registration card ready despite paying in advance. Arrivals after us were checked in and on their way to room whilst we still waited to be booked in. No information given about how to locate room but fortunately I'd listerned to what other guests were told so knew where lufts were. Seasoned traveller so able to work put floor our room was on. No bath towels or bath mat on arrival to room. Shower Luke warm and not very powerful. Pool quite cool; no private changing cubicles and walkway from changing area to pool quite slippy as wet. Ice machines on corridors not working. Overhead someone say the breakfast was better today. Dread to think how it had been because it was at best mediocre.
