Stayed here for a weekend. The hotel was great. clean lots of amenities, so much to do during the day. Recommended for family stay, our 1.5 year old son had a great time, there is pool for kids, and a closed kids club where you can take a break. Moreover, I would to thank Dana from front office. She went out of here way to assist us. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Had a great day at the hotel! After arriving and putting on the mud for a soak in the dead sea, I treated my self to a 90 minute massage. I am a massage therapist by trade and have my own spa. Charity was wonderful. I know my massages and she was excellent in her work!. Ask for Charity.

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea! The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and stunning views. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. Perfect place for relaxation—I will definitely come back!

As much as I was looking forward to staying here, it felt extremely underwhelming when I was leaving. As an IHG member, I expected better service but to my surprise most of the staff in the hotel did not understand English which was weird considering it’s an international chain. The restaurants and food options were extremely limited and repetitive everyday as well as expensive. For the price, the variety and quality wasn’t justified. The hotel itself is beautifully constructed. The room did not have basic amenities like dental kits, hair dryer and had to be requested for which I understand can happen. Many of the restaurants which were only 3 btw, did not have their full menu available. The Lebanese restaurant that I tried had really below average food, the chicken I ate was tough like a rock, the pool snack bar had only drinks and no food to eat. Some of the staff was rude when asked to revise the bill for the IHG discount, basically just unresponsive and unable to understand. During breakfast as with most hotel chains even though the dishes are not refilled once the time is up, but the food itself isn’t removed unless the people already in the dining hall have eaten and are done but over here while we were eating they kept taking everything away, another major turn off. Moreover, the free wifi was also not accessible in many common places in the hotel as well as parts of the room which was pretty frustrating, the pools and the lounge chair were not cleqn once someone left and someone else wanted to occupy them, the pools washrooms weren’t cleaned as well so by mid day or day end they were so dirty I couldn’t step inside and no one bothered cleaning them, not something I expect to experience at a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless when you stay in international hotel chains no matter where you are from you expect to be treated as equals no matter where you come from, but I felt the locals or any other Middle Eastern country who could communicate in Arabic were given preference and better attitude from the staff. All in all this doesn’t mean there weren’t upsides to the stay because there were, some of the staff were extremely courteous and did their best to understand and accommodate and I did have a good time but these are some of the things the hotel should look into and definitely improve overtime.
