The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Istanbul International Airport (IST) or a one-hour drive from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Istanbul! The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the front desk to the restaurants, every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. A very special thank you to Mr. Talcin, who took care of all our orders every day with such kindness and a great smile. His thoughtful service truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely return on our next trip.

Wonderful location, clean & quiet rooms, comfy beds. Mr. Yunus in the reception service was very kind and polite. He offered an upgrade to a specious room since we had a child. Also, he gave us a late checkout. Even he supported in WiFi set up and luggage service. Unforgettable experience. The breakfast location in the rooftop is excellent, but need to more variety options.

My wife and I stayed four nights in the hotel. We were very pleased by the room (spacious /comfortable /clean) and the service ( very friendly and quick). Our room had street view (well that’s what we had booked), but during breakfast we could enjoy the stunning view from the rooftop over the Bosporus and at the bridge. The neighborhood around the hotel offers many dining options , cafes etc. Some of them next to the Bosporus with equally exciting views. It takes 20-40 minutes to get to the main sights (taxis and frequent public transport options). We enjoyed being away from the super touristic places but others may mind the commute. We found the rooftop bar slightly overpriced — it offers stunning night views though.

Terrible experience. We reserved one of their best rooms (premium bosphorus view). What we got was the room directly facing a wedding ballroom (there was maybe 5 meters between us, we felt like being on display). After we asked to change the room, they moved us to the room directly above which was marginally better (but still far worse than what we expected). Another problem was that there were parties (hosted by the hotel) until midnight on 2 of 3 nights we stayed there (one even continued beyond midnight). And since sound insulation was rather poor, it was impossible to sleep until the parties were over. Finally, the second party used party lights that shined directly into our window. Overall, the worst hotel stay of my life. Do yourselves a favour, stay somewhere else.
