The Ortakoy neighbourhood offers great restaurants and cafes, and is around 30 minutes away from the city centre by public transport. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Istanbul International Airport (IST) or a one-hour drive from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Ortaköy last weekend! The location is fantastic—right by the Bosphorus, and on a lively street full of shops. Mecit Görkem made our day by helping us with an early check-in, while Serra was amazing in arranging a late check-out. Ekrem also provided great assistance. The room was comfortable, and everything was well-organized. We didn’t try the food, but overall, the stay was wonderful thanks to the fantastic staff and the perfect location by the Bosphorus. Highly recommended!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Istanbul! The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the front desk to the restaurants, every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. A very special thank you to Mr. Talcin, who took care of all our orders every day with such kindness and a great smile. His thoughtful service truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely return on our next trip.

My wife and I stayed four nights in the hotel. We were very pleased by the room (spacious /comfortable /clean) and the service ( very friendly and quick). Our room had street view (well that’s what we had booked), but during breakfast we could enjoy the stunning view from the rooftop over the Bosporus and at the bridge. The neighborhood around the hotel offers many dining options , cafes etc. Some of them next to the Bosporus with equally exciting views. It takes 20-40 minutes to get to the main sights (taxis and frequent public transport options). We enjoyed being away from the super touristic places but others may mind the commute. We found the rooftop bar slightly overpriced — it offers stunning night views though.

They stole my Dyson Airwrap I accidentally left my Dyson Airwrap in the room after checkout and returned just three hours later to retrieve it. I even told them the exact spot where I had left it, but the staff flatly claimed nothing was found. There’s simply no way such a valuable item could disappear without someone knowing. The lack of honesty, accountability, or even basic empathy from the staff was shocking. It’s deeply upsetting to have something so personal taken and to be met with such indifference. This entire experience completely ruined my stay. I will never return — and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking here.
