The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers — it’s very convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. While the building and rooms do feel a bit dated, the overall experience was still pleasant. The room lacked some essential amenities like toothbrushes, a hairbrush, cotton swabs, and makeup pads. However, the housekeeping staff was very kind — one especially lovely team member brought us everything we needed promptly. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The F&B team, particularly the friendly and cheerful ladies from Bali, truly stood out. Their warm smiles and eagerness to help made our mornings even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful dinner at the à la carte restaurant. The evening F&B staff took great care of us, and the meal itself was delicious. Overall, while the hotel could use some updates, the excellent service and warm, attentive staff made our stay memorable.

Good hotel with excellent friendly staff, Fara and the manager of the hotel was very helpful to us with all the queries while our stay! Genuinely caring when we where scammed by the taxi driver, and took care of reporting what happened to us with the police. Thank you! We had a great choice of food for breakfast and dinners, all was tasty and fresh. Maybe rooms are a bit old and could use some refreshment especially mattresses on the bed and noise isolation was a bit poor , but all was clean generally and comfortable for the stay.

Nice place. Clean inside. A bit outside of the main attractions but they do give a free shuttle to Taoism square which was nice. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation, but they quickly fixed that and gave us an upgraded room for our troubles :) The morning buffet was awesome and worth it. Emircan/Ezaz made amazing omelettes and was so happy to see me the second morning I got down there. Ask for the special omelette and you get a little local flavor ;)

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The rooms were top-notch — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort. The only downside was the location, which was a bit challenging due to the steep uphill path. Also, the shuttle service had limited hours and was not very reliable, which made getting to and from the hotel a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, though, this hotel offers great value and quality, and I would definitely recommend it — especially if you’re okay with a bit of a climb or have your own transportation.
