I had an incredible experience thanks to Ricky and Kadri at the reception. When I arrived from the airport, I realized I had been scammed by a taxi driver who charged me 900 RMB instead of 100 RMB. After checking in, I asked Kadri if that fare sounded right , he immediately confirmed I had been overcharged but told me not to worry, that they would help me get my money back. Even though I only had a very poor-quality video of the taxi interior, Ricky and Kadri went above and beyond: they investigated, made several calls, and within 24 hours, they had recovered the full amount for me. They even offered me a free coffee at the reception while following up on the issue. This was by far the best treatment I’ve ever received in a hotel , and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels across 17 countries. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication to helping a guest in distress truly stood out. Crowne Plaza should be proud to have such outstanding employees. Highly recommended , five stars all the way!

had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations—warm hospitality, smooth check-in, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment after long days out. A major highlight of our stay was the food—the breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and we were so happy to find that the hotel offers halal food options. As Muslim travelers, this thoughtful inclusion made a big difference, and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary needs. We especially want to thank Mr. Kadaree, he his from Turkey the duty manager, for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more special. The hotel is also in a great location, close to shopping centers, tourist spots, and public transport. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a convenient and luxurious choice. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza for its top-tier service, comfortable stay, halal-friendly dining, and exceptional staff. A big thank you again to Mr. Kadaree—we will definitely return!

The location is great, and the hotel service is excellent. The bathrooms are equipped with bidet sprays but The furniture is a bit old, and some things need maintenance. The upper floors (50 and above) offer a stunning view truly breathtaking. There’s an Arabic restaurant on the 4th floor with delicious food and excellent service, especially from a staff member who speaks Arabic

Rooms are big but horrible marks on the headboard which I think are mould?! Wouldn’t take much to cover/replace. Nice big bath. Nice the pool is open til 22.30. The showers and surrounding areas need updating. They try and make you have a freezing cold shower before going in, at the entrance. I’m an adult and can be trusted to shower in changing room with a decent temperature. You can go another way to avoid it. No black tea bags available, which is very uncommon. Only earl grey or green/fruit. I called and they brought those which aren’t for me. Only 1 western tv channel out of 50, HBO. No international news, said CNN but didn’t work. Quickest room service delivery I’ve ever experienced but some things not available sometimes and no western meals (eg steak, chicken), just burger and sandwiches. Nice staff but low English levels. Of course on me to translate but for an international brand of hotel there’s usually higher levels. Also the cleaner begged to clean my room. I found out they only get paid per room which is awful from the hotel. Not sure about location, I’m here for work. Feels like I’m in the Middle East. There’s a hookah bar in hotel and lots of ME restaurants nearby.
