Ibrahim has to be one of the best staff I have come across in a long time. Very helpful very friendly. I went with my 7 year old and he was quick to get him a goodie bag. He made check in and out very smooth! I would definitely recommend this place as the spa facilities are amazing 🤩.

Arrived at what looks like a Mediterranean hotel . Car park needs a re tarmac but lovely hotel foyer and entrance. Prompt polite check in and directed to a ground floor room . Light and spacious good size bed and highly efficient shower so all good . Spa was clean, safe and warm ,pool was nice as was jacuzzi, steam room . So again all good . Restaurant on the Friday we received a prompt warm welcome and superb service throughout our dinner service . The food was very well presented and its flavours matched its appearance. Nice music from a young man and his drummer complimented our meal and we stayed in the bar then to the end of their performance around 930. This kept us drinking and our server was again efficient and polite . Breakfast is a self service affair and was a conocupia of choice very impressive. Slept well rooms were quiet and the air con thankfully worked . 2nd day was a Windsor Castle tour, long tiring day in a separate review but do it stunning day .Now to the lost star . Dinner day 2 booked for 8 , arrived to be told 15 min wait no problem people and times overun . 15 mins were only 5 in reality so we were seated for dinner and waited to be served ,and waited 25 mins in fact before I am only surmising the manager served us rather begrudgingly we felt . Again waited for drinks ,although once the food order was taken it came through quickly and again well presented and tasty . Music in the bar a singer and her bongo player was sadly not the performer we had witnessed the night before. Hence a drink taken back to our room and a little business lost sorry . So in brief 2nd night not so good, back in the room our bath contained something we presumed had come up the plug washed away and never returned. A superb hotel and we will return a couple of issues which won't put us off but did prevent it from getting a 5 star ( very rare from me !!) . Thanks for our 136k views and for keeping us in the top 10% of accommodation reviewers. Windsor next see you soon

The hotel is nice, the bar and restaurant are nice places to be and they make some nice cocktails. The pool is really tiny, as is the gym. Just a few cardio machines, and some weights. All the equipment is new and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Although there was a wedding party in the events room, I didn't hear a thing all night. The breakfast buffet next morning was substantial, with lots of choice and hot food, fruit and cereal, as well as pastries.

The rooms were nice but small. Your bed is very close to the door which is unsettling. The bath and sink water had a blockage and the sink leaked. The smell of dogs was around in the room hallways. The spa is not a spa its that simple. Its more of a community pool. Full of children under 16. It was a joke. No loungers just some uncomfy benches. The sauna fit about 4 people inside. The steam room fir about 3 people inside. It wasnt great at all. Prople queuing to use it so you just felt uneasy the entire time. The jacuzzi was by far the most disappointing bit. It was full of kids. It had algy or something built up on the side by your head so when you leant back it would sit on the back of your hair. And then the biggest joke was the gym a floor above whoch is offset with windows. So the gym goers can stare down at everyone in the spa it was odd. We then asked if there were any massages which we were told were full. The restaurant and bar were alright. Polite staff. Live music consisting of a child singing covers that sounded like the same song it was alright. The food was ok nothing special. And when i made a deal of speaking to the manager about my wifes birthdays they forgot and didnt even mention come over or bring a cake as dicussed. A bunch of children running the place. A bunch of drunk wedding guests kept trapsing through the quiet bar. Then when you fi ally get to leave the venues taxis park at the front so you cant drive round to pick someone up Safe to sat we wont go back
