I recently booked a stay for a group of 100 for our annual youth sporting event. I was assigned to sales representative Douglas Bradley who does all of the sports booking for the hotel. Not only was he so friendly and accommodating, he made sure we stayed within our budget while still providing us with an excellent location for our group. The banquet director Misty was so helpful and the girls loved it. We have already booked next years event at this location. Thank you Douglas for making our event unforgettable.

Celebrated my nieces 16th bday here. The hotel and rooms are nice and recently updated . They also have plenty gated parking on both sides . Parking is $15 per car. The check in was smooth , and staff were all super nice! The bar is open fairly late the food from the kitchen was all surprisingly very good! They have a nice snack area for quick grabs . The rooms were fresh and clean and we had a great view of the city. Location is good but not great for things in walking distance. Only small complaint was the indoor pool and weight room could use a little face lift. Over all we had a very nice stay !

Our room itself was fine. It wasn’t the cleanest and still had hair from previous occupants in the shower. Everything else was okay. I think the hotel was pretty full but something needs to be done about their elevator system. One of them was out but with having three other “working” elevators we shouldn’t have had to wait 10-15 minutes for one plus the time it took to stop on every other floor just get anywhere.When we got to our room the tv remote didn’t have any batteries in it. We called to get new ones but after two and a half hours we just went to the front desk and they had them up in our room in less than 10 minutes. I think the breakfast is our biggest complaint though. I added the additional charge for us to include breakfast. I booked a room and listed two adults and two children. Apparently the kids weren’t included in the breakfast price and they wanted to charge $20 PER CHILD for a mediocre (at best) small buffet. I said absolutely not. The man there was really nice and did just end up charging us for one child but I don’t think it should have been a charge at all considering when I booked I listed all occupants and added the charge then. He wasn’t making much sense saying third party bookings don’t give you the option sometimes and when I told him I booked directly from IHG he said yeah, they don’t give you the option? This wasn’t the worst hotel but it’s definitely not one we’ll be visiting again. I will say, ALL the staff we spoke with were extremely nice.

I would never recommend staying to anyone. Staff was nice but the room itself looked like it had been through war. We checked in went to the room the ac was not working it was 80 degrees free trying to figure it out for an hour we decided to cancel the rest of the stay, and go elsewhere we checked out and left right then. If you can have a room in a proper condition and with working ac then don’t have people stay in it we still had to pay for the night even though we left but it is what it is.
