This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment my family and I arrived in Budapest, we were greeted with such a warm welcome that immediately made us feel at home. Our room was perfectly set up to meet our family’s needs, which was a wonderful start. I hadn’t originally booked breakfast since I’m usually skeptical of hotel breakfasts, but we decided to try it on our first morning and wow, it completely exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. By the time we were leaving, my kids didn’t even want to go because they felt so comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Another great feature is that the hotel has direct access to the mall, which was both convenient and impressive. If you’re planning a trip to Budapest, look no further, Crowne Plaza Budapest by IHG is the place to stay. They also offer parking at €18 per day, though we chose to park our car and use Uber to get around the city, which worked out perfectly.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Budapest for 4 nights with my husband, and overall it was a wonderful experience. On our first night, there was some disturbing noise from the ventilation in our room, but the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately apologized, changed our room without any hassle, and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. From that point on, everything was smooth — the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the service throughout was warm and professional. Their quick and caring response to the issue made us feel truly valued as guests. Highly recommend this hotel not only for the great facilities and location but also for the excellent customer service. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Budapest.

This was my second stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest – I had an amazing visit in June and once again the hotel impressed me. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with Rituals toiletries, a comfy bathrobe, and great double glazing, so it was quiet despite being in the city centre. The only downside was the Club Lounge – staff were lovely, but some guests clearly didn’t have access and brought in many people, which made it messy while I was working. A special mention to the two gentlemen at check-out (sorry I don’t remember their names) – they were outstanding. My morning call was right on time, at 3am they kindly offered me water, and while I waited for my breakfast takeaway they even gave me a small gift. Such thoughtful service made my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

A modern contemporary hotel, located next to one of the main train stations and a medium sized shopping centre. If you are a tourist yig may find the hotel right on the end of th vmain attractions, however for business travel this is perfect. The executive lounge is quiet and basic, however is a good place to have a snack and get some work done. I am an Elite IHG memeber and my status was acknowledged with a room update and late check-out. I would stay here again for business.
