Excellent services provided by the breakfast team, Tina is very kind and friendly, the breakfast close at 1030am and I was there at 1030am she was very nice to let me in. Service staff is very warm and Vindos the manager is very friendly and attentive. Location of the hotel is very good there many food and shops around the vicinity. Overall experience is 5/5 stars.

Very good hotel with good service! Location superb! The breakfast also very nice with variety of choices. Kids friendly hotel which provides baby bath tub, bottle steriliser, baby toys on request. Love the stay so much! Will definitely go back if i go to Hong Kong again.

Truly terrible service. In the past, I regularly booked Cordis, mainly directly with the hotel. Because I had a large number of points with Klook, I booked the current reservation through Klook. I booked a "large" room for three people. Upon arrival, the room turned out to be about the smallest and worst I'd ever seen. Disgusting. A quick discussion with my wife and daughter: this is impossible and absolutely not worth the extra USD 250.00 per night. We decided to request an upgrade. A larger room and, as usual, lounge access. At the front desk, they said anything was possible. "Only USD 200 per night... Extra!" Completely ridiculous. For this price, you can get a suite at the Sheraton. I deeply regret not booking with my trusted Bonvoy hotels. If you disagree with something, they act as if they don't understand you at the front desk. Very rude and extremely unfriendly to customers. Tip: Never book a Cordis hotel through a third party, such as Klook, booking.com, hotels.com, etc. You're guaranteed a bad room. After all, those rooms should be given away. If you want an upgrade, you'll pay extra. For us, it's simple: never again a Cordis in Hong Kong.
