This hotel consistently exceeds my expectations. I previously stayed at their Ubud property, and this time I stayed at their Canggu location. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout my stay. The property features two excellent pools, one for children and another for adults which were both well-maintained and spacious. The beachside lounge chairs had a perfect view of the ocean, Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Please educate drivers so they don't recklessly hit people. Educate your drivers to drive more safely and not endanger others on the road.

We visited your beach club today with our family and had a very unpleasant experience at the entrance. The security guard refused to let us in, saying the venue was “fully booked,” without offering any explanation or alternatives. We waited for a long time and insisted on speaking to someone in charge. Only after we requested to speak with the manager did he suddenly change his mind and allow us to enter. This was very strange and left a bad impression. It raised questions — was the club truly fully booked, or was there another reason for the refusal? Why did it take a confrontation just to be let in? We came to relax with our family and expected respectful and professional treatment. We hope your staff — especially security — receive proper training in communication and hospitality standards. We trust that management will take this seriously so that experiences like this don’t happen again, to us or to other guests. By the way beach club was almost empty! Pictures attached!
