Positioned in vibrant Hirafu Village, Chatrium Niseko Japan is the ideal launchpad for adventure. Drive 25 minutes to the base of iconic Mt Yotei to reach its summit trail, or head one hour east to Shikotsu-Toya National Park where you can dive in the crystal-clear waters of a caldera lake and admire one of Japan’s most active volcanoes. Back in the village, you’ll find streets packed with boutiques, restaurants and trendy bars. The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from New Chitose Airport (CTS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Please Note:

  • The minibar is fully stocked with non-alcoholic drinks at check-in and not replenished during your stay.
  • Free shuttle service to the mountain gondola is only operational in the winter season (1 December to 31 March).
  • The breakfast hamper is delivered upon arrival with enough provisions for the length of your stay.
  • Some inclusions are valid only for the winter season. Please select your package carefully.
  • The ski lift will operate from 30 November 2024 to 31 March 2025. The Chatrium shuttle bus will be available for all guests from December through March.
  • Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can only be used at Green Farm Deli Café Roaster and Temporada Tapas Bar. These are both seasonal venues with opening dates subject to change. Please check the hotel website to confirm opening hours.

We came here just to take a break from the busy city life, and it was the perfect place to relax. The hotel room had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, so we were able to cook our own meals. We only had to bring our own food. There's a large supermarket nearby Hokkaido Supermarket Seicomart!! which made shopping very convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front office ladies were especially kind they helped us find a great Hokkaido milk farm shop and even recommended a famous local noodle shop near the hotel. Everything was delicious! It's getting harder to find good restaurants in Niseko these days, so if you enjoy cooking, this place is a great choice. The spacious kitchen and large living area made our stay extra comfortable.

I recently stayed at Chatrium Niseko, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome a special shoutout to Nima and Hana, who were both so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect from a high-quality hotel. We especially appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Green Farm Café the breakfast and lunch options were fantastic, with fresh, local ingredients and great coffee to start the day.

I had a comfortable ski trip in the quiet town of Niseko. Even in April, the ski resort was still open. Having a rental car made it easy to get around, and the friendly front desk team made my stay even more enjoyable. They all spoke English well, were professional, and helped with all my restaurant reservations. I’ll definitely come back

The room was big and amazing. The style is modern, clean and the best staff. The staff also bring us a cart for us to put our heavy luggage on. There were also many complimentary drinks inside the refrigerator for free. Parking lot is underground, quite big enough. The view of Mount Yotei is amazing!
