- The spa discount can only be applied to one individual treatment per person of 50+ minutes and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. 15% surcharge is applied to treatments booked on Sundays and public holidays.
- Hunter Distillery is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. Bookings are essential for the included spirits tasting; please contact Hunter Distillery directly to book. - The Hunter Valley Cheese Factory tasting runs daily at 11am. Tastings include five handmade cheeses, four craft kombucha flavours, and a trio of olives, oils, jams and chutney paired with wafers and bread. - The included glass of wine consists of a house wine of the guest’s choosing, served at Spike Bar from 11.30am to 9pm. Non-drinkers are welcome to switch their house wine to a complimentary soft drink.
