The staff provided excellent service. I was very impressed. The place is beautiful. I didn't go anywhere while staying here. The spa massage was good. It's suitable for relaxation.

Thieves. We lost two items during our stay. When we first realized one item had gone missing, we had already checked out and were in transit through Bangkok. We immediately contacted the hotel, even sent a photo of the missing item, and were told it wasn’t found. Really? Did it just magically disappear? We strongly doubt they even bothered to check, because later we realized we had also left our laptop charger behind and no one from the hotel even informed us. If they had truly searched the room multiple times for the first item, they would have noticed the charger as well. So which is it? Did their staff steal it and the hotel is covering for them? Or did the item get damaged and they decided to quietly make it “disappear” instead of admitting fault? This was our second stay here, but it will be our last. You’ve lost loyal customers, and we’ll make sure none of our friends or family ever return either
