Cayo Levantado is the most beautiful hidden gem that I feel so lucky to have found :) My husband and I stayed here this past May, and we were celebrating our honeymoon. We truly could not have been luckier to have spent our first week as newlyweds here :) This is the first all-inclusive hotel my husband and I have stayed at, and it blew all our expectations out of the water. The island itself is just unbelievably beautiful, from the beaches to the stunning resort itself, it’s hard to believe it is even real! Our room was so spacious and beautifully curated, and we especially loved the turndown service and nighttime gifts– they were such a treat and made us feel so special. We visited during the down season, so the resort was extremely quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious and far above what we expected when it comes to an all-inclusive— most of the time, when you read about all-inclusive resorts, you find that you’re probably going to have to sacrifice in one area or another, whether that’s food or room or service, but we never felt like we were sacrificing ANYTHING! We so loved the sustainability aspect of the island and enjoyed learning about Cayo Levantado through the different offered excursions and activities. There’s no doubt that the best part of this hidden gem are the wonderful people who work here :) Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and professional! I wish I could list everyone, but we’d like to give a shout out to our ambassadors, Emma and Mariela, and all the amazing servers/ waiters, especially Bryan and Edwin who made beach days just incredible. We truly hope we can return sometime soon :)

An absolute stunning resort equipped with everything I didn’t know I needed. Food was top tier, service was bespoke and attentive, the room was fantastic - with an amazing ocean front view and plunge pool. The mindfulness activities blew me away, I left the resort feeling so relaxed and grateful. 10/10 would come back, would recommend, and encourage everyone to visit this amazing spot☀️🌴

What else can I say except WOW!! This resort is amazing and incredible and I am already looking at dates when I can go back. The rooms and views are amazing and stunning when you first walk in; they just get better and better as you explore more. The staff is incredible and work with you to make sure your stay is a true paradise. Unfortunately, our flights got delayed and were booked for us to arrive later, with one simple email and text they said no problem and arranged for different pickup and transportation to the Island. The night manager and our ambassador upon arrival were incredibly kind and welcomed us (even at 2am lol). All the staff on the Island were amazing and so kind to us. Always asking if we wanted anything to make the trip better. We need to give a big shoutout to all the ambassadors that assisted us, especially Angel, whatever we wanted to do or needed they were just one text away and responded immediately. The amazing bartenders (Carlos and Maxamillion) were incredible and made our nights so special. All the restaurants and food we ate were top tier and amazing. Each meal is better than the last and being able to try some local cuisines is always fun and exciting. The food is so fresh and delicious, you just want to try it all and that is exactly what my wife and I did. There is not a bad restaurant on the Island and I highly recommend you try each one multiple times at different times of the day, because they have different lunch and dinner options. (Also ask for Augusto he will make sure your dining experience is amazing) All the wellness activities available on the Island are definitely worth trying (even if it’s not your thing) and there is no pressure to do them. The Yubarta staff is all well trained and you can tell they are passionate about what they do on the Island. My wife and I tried to get to as many classes as possible such as the different types of Yoga, sound healing, energy cleansing and the fitness classes. The gym available on the island will for sure get you an incredible workout with some intense classes as well. Along with Yubarta and the gym classes they also have an ecological part of the Island which is incredible and amazing to see them going green as much as they can. Jose is an amazing activity guide and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. I think we went to all his classes and were not disappointed. Go make cassava and listen to plant music–just trust me. Overall this has been one of my favorite vacation spots I have ever been to. The most amazing thing about this place, is that you can make it what you want it to be. If you need to relax on the beach or pool with a drink in your hand , if you need to renew yourself and reset, if you want a combo of both that is all available at this resort. Can’t wait to go back!!!
