The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) and a scenic 90-minute drive from Milan, making it the perfect place to explore the world’s fashion capital while staying away from the crowds. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Dining credit may be used towards dinners at Le Fief Restaurant. The restaurant is open every day from 7.30pm to 10.30pm and on weekends for lunch between 12pm to 2pm. Reservations are recommended and a classic, elegant dress code is required.
- Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The welcome drink is a choice of house white or red wine, Aperol spritz or soft drink.
- Welcome gift is a bottle of sparkling wine.
- Daily breakfast is an American buffet served in the breakfast room, Monday to Friday between 7am and 10 am, and on weekends between 8am and 11am.
- The guided castle tour will take place at 11am on weekends. During the weekdays, the timing is flexible.
- The Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites can be allocated within the Palazzo or the Scuderie subject to availability, please contact the hotel to arrange.
- Superior Rooms are all located inside the Castello. There is no elevator available to access Superior Rooms, please make your selection carefully or contact the hotel for more details.
