Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Complimentary shuttle runs from the hotel to Patong and Central Phuket shopping centre as per the hotel’s schedule.
- The hotel offers complimentary morning yoga every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8am to 9am at Open Kitchen.
- Complimentary Muay Thai occurs every Friday and Sunday from 9am to 9.45am.
- The hotel offers a complimentary kids’ club from 6am to 10pm, parental supervision is required.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.

- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
