Capri Tiberio Palace boasts a prime location in the heart of Capri island, just a short stroll from the Piazzetta and the designer shops of Via Camerelle. The famous Blue Grotto and Anacapri are a mere 15-minute drive away and the mainland can be access by a 45-minute ferry or hydrofoil. The hotel is approximately a 1-hour drive and ferry ride from Naples International Airport (NAP). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Immaculate property, beautiful rooms with great detail, amazing breakfast spread, impeccable service and ideal location. Thank you GM Luca for ensuring an amazing stay. My only pushback is on price, but you're never going to find a 'deal' in Capri! Also, the pool/breakfast hours are a bit odd (10am-7pm). Would be nice to have been able to use the pool earlier, or later in the evening. Regardless, I will 100% return to this gem on my next visit to Capri.

Our experience at the Capri Tiberio Palace was fantastic. A hotel that makes you feel at home thanks to its warm hospitality and service. The location is strategic, and every detail is taken care of. A special thanks to the great Max, whose professionalism and friendliness made our evenings truly special.

Been in every Hotel in Capri been coming here for years I must say the Capri Tiberio palace is 100% great ... location ... style and view are truly beautiful But I must say the client service is really incredible the attention to the client is what makes this place great From the director to every service person the level of attention goes above expectations A special thanks to Max he is really a special human being and conducts his work with passion and customer care I give him a 10+++

When we arrived at the hotel, my husband, who has a serious knee problem, had to walk from the taxi station in the heat for 10–15 minutes. The path leading to the hotel is uphill, which made it extremely difficult for him. At the front desk I asked if the hotel provides any kind of service for guests with mobility issues or disabilities, and the answer was simply “no.” I mentioned that I had seen elderly guests being transported by electric carts, but was told this service is only available if you present a doctor’s note. We were on vacation , of course we didn’t have such paperwork with us. This should have been communicated in advance, as it’s a major concern for anyone with limited mobility. The overall service was disappointing. Breakfast was a clear example: we were six people, and it took about 20 minutes for even basic items to arrive. Getting a simple coffee turned into a mission, you had to ask several staff members and then wait another 20 minutes. Many staff members do not speak English well, so orders had to be explained multiple times, often to different people. The food selection at breakfast is also very limited compared to what you would expect at a five-star hotel, especially considering the price of €1,700 per night. Another example: when I wasn’t feeling well, my husband went to request juice and water with lemon for the room. After 15 minutes he was told they had forgotten. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong juice. I even had to show a photo of the fruit to make myself understood. And the final straw: I went to the concierge to confirm our dinner reservation at Il Geranio restaurant. The concierge assured me it was confirmed. I specifically asked if the walk was manageable for someone with knee problems, and he told me it was just 10–15 minutes, on a flat road, with no incline. This was completely false. It took us 25 minutes because of my husband’s condition, the road was steep and uphill, and when we finally arrived there was a long staircase leading to the restaurant. On top of that, when we got there, there was no reservation at all. This was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. On the positive side, the location is good close to shops and restaurants. But if you have any walking difficulties, be aware that the steep incline to reach the hotel is an issue. Overall, the service feels more like three stars than five, and unfortunately it does not match the price or the expectations. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect five-star service.
