Rooms were fantastic for the price and the view was spectacular!!! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The entire property was well maintained even the bricks beside our car were happy 😃 Could not have had a better location to access the whale watching boats and Bella’s chit chat cafe. We will definitely be back and will request the same room.

While this is an older building it was spotlessly clean. Walking distance to the Boat Club where we ate meals our 2 nights in Hervey Bay. Beach out the front for walking at low tide and a beautiful sunny balcony to sit in.

Our 2 bedroom unit was in a lovely spot with views of the marina entrance. We loved sitting on our balcony watching all the vessels come and go. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few little issues with the room, such as windows missing the clasp (main bedroom), hot water in the shower went from scorch your skin with just hot to barely tepid with even the slightest amount of cold, hand towel rail barely hanging onto the wall. The worst part was the spill not cleaned off the kitchen drawers, the lemon seeds on the kitchen windowsill and the weird smell in the cupboards. Our neighbours also enjoyed very loud and out of tune karaoke on our first afternoon, and their visitor also blocked us into our carport.

Stayed 2 nights when we went to Hervey Bay for whale watching. Paid a premium price for anything but a premium room. The only redeeming feature it had, was a fabulous outlook. The sunrises from the deck, were amazing. The room was badly in need of an update and old to the point that it didn't really feel clean. This is not a reflection on the cleaners by any means, who can only do so much with old decor. Crockery was not only mismatched, which in itself isn't a problem, but what was there, was scratched and chipped. Outdoor furniture in need of repair and shampoo/ conditioner containers needed replacing entirely. Would not recommend room 126, but we do believe some of the other units had been refurbished.
