Perfect location. Seven Eleven is near the hotel, the sea is across the road, and there are plenty of cafes—what else do you need in Thailand?) The room is new and stylish, with access to the pool. The room includes four bottles of water, tea/coffee, slippers, robes, and a beach bag. Beach towels are available at the pool with a card. Breakfasts are delicious, with a good selection.

We checked in earlier than scheduled, but in the furthest building and the furthest room on the 5th floor. Pools range from 60cm to 120cm. Sun loungers are few. There's a children's pool and a whirlpool. The room is average, but the door is heavy; I struggle to open it every time. The air conditioning in the room is comfortable. The most important issue is the closet in the bathroom—it's inconvenient for me. There's no storage space in the room, and the nightstands are open. The only outlets in the room are in two opposite corners, not by the bed. The refrigerator only functions as a freezer; there's no control. Cleaning is good, of course. 90% of the staff is polite, but there are those 10%... Our room has faulty electrical wiring in the bathroom. Thai electricians came and said everything was fine, but it wasn't. I've been in energy for more than half my life and know my stuff. I found the problem and tried to fix it myself. It's okay to spend 2-3 nights here, no more. The beach is dirty and the tides are strong, but there are shops and cafes near the hotel. The night market is a 10-minute walk away.

I stayed one night here and the room itself was great — quiet, well air-conditioned, and comfortable. No complaints on the accommodations. Unfortunately, the service experience was frustrating at every step. Check-in required sitting and waiting for a porter to guide me to the room, even after I explained I didn’t need assistance. Check-out was the same — I was asked to sit and wait again while staff checked the room, a process that felt unnecessary and outdated. Even simple things — like standing near the front door while waiting for a car — became difficult. The porter insisted on showing me the breakfast area, even though I said I didn't want to see it, then showed me how to turn on the air conditioning in my room even after I asked him to leave - while he was walking around my hotel room in bare feet. Staff also ignored clear requests to leave my bags alone and unnecessarily opened the lobby doors, letting the heat pour into the air-conditioned space. The staff were polite, but the service felt performative and highly inefficient, adding friction to what should have been a simple and smooth stay. If you’re looking for a nice room and can tolerate a slow, old-fashioned approach to service, it may still be worth considering. But if you value your time and prefer more modern, efficient hospitality, you might want to look elsewhere.
