Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions for extra guests vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

The following applies to select packages only:

  • Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB15,000 per adult (12+) and THB7,500per child (4-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. Children under four are free of charge.

Thailand Sandbox: If all of your destinations are in the Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Sandbox program. Guests must stay within Sandbox area for first five days. Find out more here.

Absolutely Perfect! everything was simply flawless. The service was beyond expectations -warm, professional, and so attentive to every tiny detail. The room was stunning, perfectly designed, luxurious, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The breakfast was exceptional. The entire atmosphere of the resort is pure magic: calm, romantic, and elegant, yet relaxed and full of joy. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Every corner of the Banyan Tree feels designed to make you happy. Truly one of the most romantic, beautiful, and unforgettable hotels we’ve ever stayed in. I want to say special thank for Nicha that help us and give us perfect service during our stay! Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so perfect -we can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We had an incredible stay at Banyan Tree Samui. Our villa was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and offered true luxury with a large private pool and Jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying the lush surroundings and the amazing ocean view. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. The private beach was absolutely stunning, and the snorkeling experience was one of the best we’ve had - there’s so much to see and the resort has even planted its own coral reef. The staff were outstanding. Always kind, professional, and easy to communicate with, even on WhatsApp, both before and during our stay. The dining options across the property were excellent. We truly enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Our spa experience was also top notch. Relaxing and beautifully done. The resort is very family friendly. Our toddler loved spending time at the kids’ club, which was spacious and had high quality toys. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that while the (relatively old) property is very well maintained, a bit of modernization could make it even better. For example, adding toilet bidets (we really missed the Toto Washlet from our previous hotel) and centralizing the villa’s lighting controls instead of using so many switches. Overall, Banyan Tree Samui exceeded our expectations in almost every way. It’s a perfect blend of natural beauty, luxury, and warm hospitality. We would love to return!

Our experience at Banyan Tree Samui was excellent. The villa was well-designed, private, and very comfortable. The resort is beautifully kept, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The service stood out, everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. A big thank you to our villa host Nicha, who made sure everything was taken care of and was always available when needed. The spa is also worth mentioning. I had treatments with Massy and Lek, and both were fantastic, highly skilled and very calming. If you’re looking for a place in Koh Samui that combines comfort, great service, and a relaxing setting, Banyan Tree Samui is an excellent choice.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous and lovely in every way. The rooms are pristine and the pool is wonderful to relax in after a day out. The beach has tons of water activities and the water is beautiful and calm too. We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay. Also the management and staff of this hotel were absolutely amazing paying attention to every detail without being too much ever, friendly, professional, and very accommodating . The pool staffsnd activities staff were especially incredible too. Special shout outs to Jate and his colleague. We did classes with them and they both really took care of us with so much kindness and attention. I miss them already. This is a resort I would be happy to come back to time and time again. It is now my favorite Banyan Tree. We are glad we booked this hotel for our anniversary holiday
