Banyan Tree Phuket enjoys a semi-secluded location nestled by the shores of a lagoon, only a 10-minute walk to the famous Bang Tao Beach. It’s a 30-minute drive into the hub of Phuket, where Old Town and a plethora of night markets, shops and restaurants reside. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner:

• For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner at guest’s choice between two venues:
  • The Watercourt: THB20,000 per adult (13+) and THB10,000 per child (4–12 years).
  • RAVA Beach Club: THB35,000 per adult (13+) and THB17,500 per child (4–12 years).
• Payable directly to the resort. Prices are inclusive of service charge and taxes. For the New Year’s Eve countdown, guests may celebrate at their selected dining venue, or opt to transfer to the beach club by complimentary shuttle boats and bus services available from 10pm onwards.

• US$100 Resort Credit: Resort credit is for 3+ nights only. The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Thailand Sandbox: If all of your destinations are in the Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Sandbox program. Guests must stay within Sandbox area for first five days. Find out more here.
