Our time at Banyan Tree Lang Co was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in a hilltop villa with breathtaking views that felt like a private slice of paradise. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed, serene, and perfectly maintained—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. The staff were warm, genuine, and went above and beyond in every interaction. Our villa hosts, Yen and Mi, were exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and always a step ahead of our needs. Dining was another highlight, thanks to Win and Nho, who ensured we not only ate well but also experienced a wide sampling of the incredible cuisine on offer. The resort provides a myriad of activities, spa services and tours, making it easy to balance relaxation with exploration. Our tour guide, Hung, stood out with his deep knowledge and personable approach, turning each outing into both an education and an adventure. Banyan Tree Lang Co is the perfect balance of luxury, culture, and genuine hospitality. Every detail, from the villa to the service to the activities, was thoughtfully curated and delivered with care. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return.

【For butler】 I had a wonderful, relaxing time during my 5 day stay. I am especially grateful to Ms.Mii, the butler. I had planned my schedule in advance, but she was flexible in accommodating my requests to visit facilities and make restaurant reservations that were not on my schedule. Additionally, she kindly took me to the on-site clinic when I was feeling unwell, which was a great help. Thanks to Ms.Mii, my mother and I were able to enjoy a more comfortable stay. Thank you very much. During Ms.Mii’s off-hours or when she was unavailable, we were also assisted by Mr.Daniel. We are particularly grateful for his assistance with the late check-in arrangements and for recommending the clinic visit. Also I appreciate Mr. Daniel. This was my second visit to Banyan Tree Lang Co in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. 【For Banyan Tree Lang Co Management】 However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. While these are minor details, if such aspects were improved, I believe the resort could continue to represent and lead the way in Asia, so I look forward to seeing future developments. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. 【For guests quality】 Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic. This, I believe, has contributed to the decline in quality. With few guests spending money on dining, activities, or spa services beyond accommodation, maintaining the facilities must be challenging, but I am cheering you on. I look forward to the day when we can meet again. Thank you again.

We stayed her for one night and had the best time! The villa was so beautiful. We had the Vietnamese set menu for lunch, it was so fresh and delicious. I then had a massage with Mai, who was so lovely, best massage I’ve ever had! We had a romantic dinner on the beach in the evening where I got engaged!!! A surprise my partner had planned with the staff at Banyan tree, again the food was incredible and the waiter serving our table was great. Tuan was our host for our whole stay, he was so kind and welcoming, he helped us out with anything we needed. Would love to come back and stay for longer next time.

I had an incredible experience at Banyan Tree Spa in Lang Co, thanks to Pearly, one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered. Her technique was exceptional, and I felt completely relaxed after my first session, so much so that I returned the very next day for another massage. Pearly was not only highly skilled but also warm and attentive. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful experience. I have had massages in many countries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how top-notch the treatment here was. The facial at the end of the massage was a lovely touch, leaving me feeling refreshed and relaxed from head to toe. Our hotel stay was equally amazing. We had a beautiful three-bedroom villa with a private pool, which made it so easy to take a dip and unwind anytime. The kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for both relaxation and a family-friendly luxury escape.
