Banyan Tree Bintan can be found on Bintan Island off the coast of Singapore, in a secluded location nestled against the hillside and surrounded by rainforest. From Changi Singapore Airport (SIN), drive 10 minutes to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and board a one-hour ferry ride to Bintan Island. Private roundtrip land transfers to the resort from Bintan Ferry Terminal are included in your package, see Fine Print for details. Ferries to the island operate daily and are not included in this package, please plan accordingly.

Important Update: From March 24, 2022, a new cancellation policy applies to this offer:

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Scoopon will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Scoopon credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• 20% dining discount: The included food and drinks discount applies to Treetops, Saffron and The Cove. No exclusions or minimum spend required.
• Daily lunch or dinner: Lunch is available between 11.30am – 5pm and dinner between 6pm – 11pm. Redeemable at Treetops, Saffron or The Cove for a set menu. Drinks not included.
• Buffet breakfast: Breakfast is served in Treetops restaurant between 7am – 10.30am.
