Everything was perfect, the location is stunning & peaceful. Rooms are spacious & luxurious. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet has everything you need and room service menu is great too. The massage in the hotel is great, but there is also one at the beach, on the right side of the hotel. I recommend checking out both! Gym could have been a bit better equipped and bigger, but it was ok.

We were lucky to have found this place. It is a very relaxing place and full of comfort. They have everything you need and they are always very helpful. Super clean and organised. The provide also the possibility to book activities and laudry. The jungle in between the houses is amazingz full of animals. It is a paradise.

The Bangsak Village at Khao Lak is a beautiful property with several types of accomodations, depending on your requirement. It is very green, clean and aesthetically appealing. It has direct access to Bangsak beach. There is a good restaurant within the property. Their breakfast buffet is lavish, wholesome and can double up as lunch. The beach has other good restaurants as well. If you want to try mango sticky rice, a popular Thai dessert, it is available at the shack next door, on the beach itself. There are massage services within the property and even outside the property, aligned to the beach. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Hotel is great as a building, with swim-up poolside rooms. Staff on the whole very friendly. Gave us late checkout at very little notice as our transfer was late which was very helpful! Room was not as clean as it should have been, and some fittings were broken. But overall it was good. Atmosphere is not great. Mostly older couples (60+) and almost completely German which, for us as an English couple in our thirties, meant lots of staring and unfriendly looks and chatter. Out of the hotel's control but worth mentioning. Nothing to do in the local area. Beach is stunning but empty of anything except massage huts. No excursions unless you want to spend a lot of money and travel for hours. No entertainment on site. Unfortunate as we ended up quite bored in what could be an amazing hotel.
