Ayona Villa Canggu is situated in the serene surroundings of Canggu, with easy access to the renowned Batu Belig Beach and the trendy Seminyak area, home to upscale eateries, coffee shops, beach clubs and boutiques. The famed Tanah Lot Temple is a 20-minute drive away. The villa is approximately a 45-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and about an hour’s drive from Denpasar, the capital city. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The resort spa is set to open December 2024. Spa treatments prior to this will take place in-villa.
• Daily breakfast is served a la carte served in villa. Pre-booking floating breakfast before arrival is recommended.
• Daily afternoon tea is served in-villa between 3.30pm to 4.30pm and includes tea or coffee and small sweet cake or snack.
• Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm and dinner is served from 6pm to 9pm.
• Daily cocktail is a signature cocktail served in villa.
• Welcome bottle of wine is a Sabbay red or white wine.
• Wonderspace dining credit can be used at any Wonderspace dining venue, see here: thewonderspace.com
• One-time romantic three-course dinner setup in villa must be pre-booked by guest.

Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Return transfers in a deluxe vehicle, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee, one bottle of 330ml water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within two days of purchase.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own.
• Drivers will wait for delays of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the Beach Club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800
• Must present Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (Subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
