The resort is approximately 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

- Regular maintenance is scheduled for the Thalassotherapy Pool. The pool will be closed from 1–15 December 2025 and will reopen on 16 December 2025. To ensure exceptional wellness experiences and enhance spa facilities, a complimentary Sound Healing Group Session will be offered as a substitute during the maintenance period.
