amazing location. unbeatable views on sea. perfect gateway to corall reefs🤿 and Komodo national park🦖. friendly staff. we enjoyed our two nights at this beautiful hotel. certainly not cheap but overall worth it. one small area for improvement: bring some patience to restaurant or pool bar as service can be a bit slow (we had to wait 30min for our coffee at breakfast, and 1h for a pizza⏳).

This hotel is situated on probably the most beautiful bay along the strip. Sunsets viewed from the lobby and restaurants are magical, and the hotel itself is modern, with honest staff. I accidentally left a considerable amount of cash on my room's table, and it was still there when I returned from a day out.While it's a bustling hotel, it's an excellent all-around choice.

The Ayana Hotel hit our expectations and beyond! Could not recommend this hotel more. Even with a small incident occurring, Silvester at reception, dealt with it and was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to make us feel special again for our honeymoon stay, exceptional service. Only warning I will give is that if you want a proper Sea View Room make sure to book a Deluxe Ocean View Room as they are floor 6-9. All rooms are top tier but if you want that view don’t go with the normal Ocean View Room as that’s floor 2-5 (not the hotels fault at all by the way more on our agent). 2 pools, 3 restaurants, pier with turquoise waters and marine life everywhere. Couples massage also phenomenal. Some of the most spectacular views! Staff are all well trained and are interested in your stay/holiday.

I could not be happier with my stay at this wonderful resort. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, and down to earth. The rooms have excellent view and are super clean. Very nicely maintained. Excellent quality, it was a much needed break, lots of things to do, very luxurious. The island hopping tour was absolutely wonderful and the pink beach is stunning. Nice boat, The sunset cruise was also amazing. I especially want to thank the wonderful chef at this resort, Mega, who was able to prepare a wonderful special Indian meal for us. The chicken biryani she made was absolutely excellent, she is such a friendly person and a great asset to the resort. We were so lucky to have her make food for us twice and she was more than happy to do it. The food also tasted excellent.
