we had an amazing time here. the staff were super friendly and upgraded us to a villa. the villa itself was gorgeous and really clean. the buffet had tons of options, including some great veg indian dishes. the resort felt like the perfect escape, peaceful, clean and well kept. we bought the wellness package, it came with a complimentary massage. we upgraded to an oil massage for 800 baht and honestly, so worth it. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a chill, high quality stay.

An absolutely amazing, worth the money experience at Avista hideaway Phuket. Us a group of 5 boys, totally loved the stay here. 1. The check-in experience was great, the staff are welcoming and ensure to take care of you. 2. Rooms are large, spacious and is well stocked. The bathroom area is neat, clean and there are enough number of towels in the room. 3. The hotel boasts of a number of pools and you can choose to be in any one of them depending on how much crowd is present. 4. They have a fire-show every evening which is enthralling to watch. 5. The buffet breakfast and spread is large. The service is top-notch and each of the serves take and effort to make and deliver your order. Overall Avista is worth the money and you will have a great time here.!

This is the best hotel I ever stayed at!! Bean was our receptionist at the arrival and she was so nice, cheerful and helpful!! She brought us a butterfly tea which was amazing!! Later on, she gave us a upgrade which was sooo awesome!! And we were so grateful!! The room was beautiful and so spacious!! The garden view was something out of the picture!! We still could see the sea and the swimming pools! The breakfast was so good and so full of choices! Later on, Eljiah was so helpful and we were so grateful for the help we needed when we were sick, he was such a terrific person that organised all that we need in time of need. I appreciate all of the superb and marvellous service we received at the hotel!! An experience out of this world!! They deserve an award!!

The staff was nice. They offer free rides with a golf cart around the property when needed. They also get you a taxi when needed. They also have someone to help book different excursions or activities for you. The location is not far from PaTong beach or Bangla Rd if you want to go out to clubs/bars. They offer free buffet breakfast which wasn't that good and the food was cold. My only issue was the bed was hard. I really enjoyed the view from my room. It was a good stay while in Phuket.
