Stayed here for 9 night with my 2 kids. All I can say what an amazing trip and hotel this place was. The staff was absolutely brilliant from the head chef all the way to the front desk reception. We had the most amazing experience. Location is really good and would definitely be staying again! A special shout to Cindee she was amazing 🙏🏽

We had a wonderful stay at Avista Grande Karon Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Everyone we met—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping—was genuinely friendly and eager to help, which made our experience extra special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish blend of modern comfort and local character. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like a beach bag and slippers that made beach trips so convenient. The pool area was a highlight—relaxing, well-kept, and perfect for both quiet lounging and fun swims. Breakfast was another standout. The variety and quality of the buffet were excellent, with both Thai and international options, fresh fruit, and plenty of made-to-order dishes. A special mention must go to Copter from the bar team. He went above and beyond to make our evenings memorable—always greeting us with a smile, offering great recommendations, and mixing fantastic cocktails. His energy and kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. We had great chats late into the evening - a really top man! The location is great—just a short walk to Karon Beach—though the resort does sit on a slight hill, so it may be a bit of a climb for some. For us, it added to the peaceful atmosphere away from the busier main road. Overall, Avista Grande exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic choice for couples or families looking for a mix of relaxation, great food, and warm service. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

We had an amazing stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon for a very special occasion – my girlfriend’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. They upgraded our room to one with a private jacuzzi, beautifully decorated the room for the celebration, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. 💖 The breakfast was simply the best and most complete I’ve ever experienced at a hotel – from freshly squeezed juice stations where you can make your own juice, to an excellent omelet bar and so many options to choose from. The mountain-view sunrise from our room was breathtaking, and in the evening it’s just a short walk to the public beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. The pool area was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and attentive. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the hotel doesn’t have a private beach and the dinner options could be a bit more diverse. But honestly, with everything else being so perfect, those things hardly matter. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in Phuket. 🌅✨

We had an amazing stay at Avista Grande, and I can truly say it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming – the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, always smiling and ready to assist with any request.
