I really enjoyed every moment at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort. The room was clean, and the staff were extremely kind. We also had a great time at the panoramic pool on the 5th floor! Among all, I loved the breakfast café the most. The food was warm and delicious, and the friendly staff made it even better. The view was beautiful as well. Highly recommended!

The resort is perfectly located in the center of the Ao Nang area, surrounded by the walking street and well known brand shops such as Starbucks, McDonald’s, Watsons, and more. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy the stunning views of Ao Nang Beach. The resort’s facilities and rooms are even better than the pictures shown on booking platforms, exceeding expectations. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with beautiful sea views. The true highlight of this resort is the infinity pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both mountain and sea views at the same time. Part of Service Khun Sweetie (formerly Namwan) kindly provided me with full information about the hotel, along with an easy to understand infographic of the layout and facilities. Breakfast offered only a few menu items, but the quality was excellent. I especially want to highlight the male staff at the egg station. After I inquired about smoked salmon which was available during my previous stay he explained that it was no longer part of the breakfast line. However, he went the extra mile to coordinate with the chef and kindly served me one plate of salmon. This thoughtful service was truly outstanding and very much appreciated. I also thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the bar on the 9th floor. Khun Nutty and Khun Jay, the bartenders, provided exceptional service. Both were very friendly, initiating conversations with guests to make me feel happy and never bored, even though I was traveling alone. They also proactively shared details about various bar promotions to match guests’ preferences, which I found very engaging. The room cleanliness was impeccable. I sincerely thank the housekeeping team who take care my room for the turndown service and the adorable gift, which made me feel especially well taken care of.

Krabi = Avani for me! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Resort for 4 nights, and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was incredible—warm, thoughtful, and always with a smile. The staff truly make you feel at home, and every little detail is taken care of. The property itself is stunning—modern, beautifully maintained, and with breathtaking views that capture the essence of Krabi. Many people might consider being away from the sea a downside, but for me, it was a perfect choice. I don’t swim in the ocean, so having everything right here inside the resort—amazing pools, dining options, and incredible scenery—was ideal. Honestly, you don’t need to step outside to feel like you’re in paradise. A highlight of our trip was my wife’s birthday. The team went above and beyond, arranging a romantic candlelight dinner that made the evening so special and unforgettable. It’s these thoughtful touches that truly set Avani apart. If you’re visiting Ao Nang, don’t think twice—this is the best resort you could ask for. For me, Krabi will always mean Avani. ❤️

The hotel is beautiful and well located. It’s very convenient with restaurants, a pharmacy, and the beach not far away. The Night Market is also within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices that changed daily. The hotel has plenty of staff, and they were friendly and welcoming. 😊 However, the service overall was a bit disappointing. On the day of check-in, it was raining, but the security guard did not assist with directing traffic. There was not even a welcome drink offered at check-in. Our room was upgraded, but the staff did not explain why. The upgraded room was a Superior Room (No. 2000), which was spacious with a large balcony—but the view was only of the car park 🤦🏻‍♀️. The room also had fresh paint stains, with the smell of paint still lingering. The bidet spray had limescale build-up, which made us hesitant to use it. At the Pool Bar, the staff didn’t seem to know the difference between a lemon and a lime, even after I specifically requested a lemon for my Gin Tonic 🥴. On check-out day, I requested a bellman to help with our luggage, but we ended up having to take it to the car ourselves. That said, I would like to compliment the security guard on duty at check-out, as he did his job very well 💯
