Top notch location, beach is at stone throw distance. Resort has beautiful views from the infinity pool. We personally enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Great eggs, whipped cream and chocolate sauce, also do try the tom yam sauce. All baked good were mildly sweet, so we liked it. All staff were welcoming, had big smiles on their faces and warm. Sanjay took personal interest in our experience and dining.

My dad and I were looking for a relaxing spa service in Ao Nang and ended up booking our experience at Avani Spa, Krabi. It was outstanding from start to finish. We were attended by N. Thip and N. Joy, whose professionalism and skill were exceptional. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured every detail of the treatment was tailored to our comfort. Their techniques reflected true expertise and genuine care. The entire experience was seamless — from the warm welcome to the thoughtful post-treatment tea service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and deeply impressed by the consistency and quality of service. Avani Spa is a true gem in Krabi, and special thanks to N. Thip and N. Joy for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended.

While overall loved it here, there were certain concerns. We booked a so called "family suite" which we found rather small for a family of 4 (2 children). There was only one washroom which is inadequate and needs attention as that could improve. View from the pool is amazing and so is the cafe by the side. break fast spread was good but a few more vegetarian options would be nice for people like us. The staff was awesome especially Natty. she was so sweet. The service here was fast and efficient. Location is excellent bang in the middle of the most happening area.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. It’s very convenient with restaurants, a pharmacy, and the beach not far away. The Night Market is also within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices that changed daily. The hotel has plenty of staff, and they were friendly and welcoming. 😊 However, the service overall was a bit disappointing. On the day of check-in, it was raining, but the security guard did not assist with directing traffic. There was not even a welcome drink offered at check-in. Our room was upgraded, but the staff did not explain why. The upgraded room was a Superior Room (No. 2000), which was spacious with a large balcony—but the view was only of the car park 🤦🏻‍♀️. The room also had fresh paint stains, with the smell of paint still lingering. The bidet spray had limescale build-up, which made us hesitant to use it. At the Pool Bar, the staff didn’t seem to know the difference between a lemon and a lime, even after I specifically requested a lemon for my Gin Tonic 🥴. On check-out day, I requested a bellman to help with our luggage, but we ended up having to take it to the car ourselves. That said, I would like to compliment the security guard on duty at check-out, as he did his job very well 💯
