Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud is situated in the heart of Ubud, Bali’s cultural hub, with the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and Ubud Palace just a short drive away. The hotel is approximately a 90-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and about an hour’s drive from Denpasar, the capital city of Bali. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR875,000 per adult (12+) and IDR437,500 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala buffet dinner. Infants are free of charge. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is a la carte and served at Kaukau restaurant between 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Lunch is a set menu and served at Kaukau restaurant between 12pm and 3pm.
• Included dinners are based off a set menu and are served at Kaukau restaurant between 6pm and 10pm.
• The afternoon tea included in Indulgence Upgrades is served at the Juggan Sky Bar and includes tea, coffee and a limited selection of cakes and pastries. It’s served between 5pm to 7pm.
• Floating breakfast must be booked at least two days in advance.
• Yoga lessons are held at the yoga pavillion near the lagoon pool. Advance booking is required.
• Daily cocktails are served at Juggan Sky Bar at 5pm, with guests able to choose an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink of their choice (subject to availability).
• The daily shuttle to Ubud centre runs daily three times a day, with the first shuttle departing at 11am.
• Daily activities include morning rice paddy treks , Canang Sari making, cocktail mixology classes or dance classes (subject to availability).
• Romantic candlelight dinner requires advance reservation and is held in the Pavillion.

Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: A one-way private transfer (5+ nights) or return private transfers (7+ nights), basic English speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee and one bottle of water per person

• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six passenger van can fit six pieces.
• Infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat each way. Guest can bring their own.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then transfer will be considered cancelled.
