7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. - Daily buffet breakfast is served at Horizon restaurant from 7am to 10.30am (times subject to change).
- Lunch is served at Zen Wei from 12.30 to 3pm, Sea.Fire.Salt from 12.30 to 3pm, Aqua Pool and Karokan from 11.30 to 6pm.
- Dinner is served at Horizon from 6.30pm to 10pm, Sea.Fire.Salt and Zafran from 7pm and 10pm.
- Free-flow drinks include a selection of local mineral water, soft drinks, juices, local beers, spirits, wines, and daily cocktails served at Karokan from 10am to 11.30pm or at Sea.Fire.Salt from 5pm to 11.30pm. Times are subject to change. Additionally includes a minibar with local mineral water, soft drinks, juices and local beers. Children in the all-inclusive package will receive non-alcoholic drinks.
- Snorkelling includes a 60-minute glass-bottom boat trip and snorkelling in the Blue Bay Marine Park. Snorkelling times depend on the weekly schedule (usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday). To avoid disappointment, guests should book the day before. No restrictions on age apply.
- No prior booking is needed for spa treatments, and the discount is only valid for massage treatments.
